I started making short, grading tests for files aquired from a Sony Xperia 1 phone using the Open Camera app. The application allows the phone to record less compressed footage than the usual codec and higher bitrates than those given by the standard Android OS camera app or the Cinema Pro app.
Sometime after playing with the files I started adding sounds from Creative Commons (CC0 licence) sources to enrich the atmosphere. If you were to use headphones/earphones, you may appreciate the depth and texture of the atmosphere.
As time moved on, I began to give this newly acquired toolset a purpose. This is the first set of results. -
