London, United Kingdom, August, 2010. Dad in a rather difficult access disabled toilet in Covent Garden. The frustration to get into this toilet was that it was locked, in a small shopping-centre like place, and we had to find the person with the key to come and open it for us. This type of situation, and the fact that toilets in general can have difficult access for an elderly person, were the two concerns that made us consider buying diapers for dad. Words to the wise, Starbucks shops are great since many of their toilets are easily accessible. Sadly enough, other coffee shop chains and most independent restaurants in London are not as well prepared as they are.
